Have a look at http://www.kfa-juelich.de/isr/1/texconv/texcnv.html 
There's a collection of tools for converting between LaTeX and PC 
text-processors there. I personally tried tex2doc; it's a set of 
Word macros, so probably not what you want, but it worked for me well.
