Don't know, but there are a handful of hex editors in ports. Maybe one of
them will fit?

[danielby: /usr/ports]$ make search name=3Dhex | grep "^Path:.*/editors"
Path: /usr/ports/editors/chexedit
Path: /usr/ports/editors/ghex
Path: /usr/ports/editors/ghex2
Path: /usr/ports/editors/hexcurse
Path: /usr/ports/editors/hexedit
Path: /usr/ports/editors/hexpert
Path: /usr/ports/editors/lfhex
