try putting Framed-IP-Address = 255.255.255.255 in your users file on the
RADIUS server.  Then login via ppp-radius and look at the log.  I tried
this with /etc/ppp/option.ttyR0 having '204.130.134.6:204.130.134.70' and
ppp-radius will use 255.255.255.255 as it's IP for that port.
/var/log/messages will show that too.
