I think that's fine for tcl/tk themselves, they are updated and have
bug fixes and stuff (I'm assuming there aren't any interface
changes...if there are, there is no argument at all).

The problem is what to do with other ports that drag in version
numbers from tcl/tk.  My opinion is that, if they are patches to
tcl/tk, then they should follow the versions of the original -- if
they have their own source, they shouldn't change.
