The FreeBSD release process doesn't build an ISO larger than a CD.

For FreeBSD/sun4v I'm working on adding a live DVD as an optional
addition to the things that the release build currently does.

Whether DVD images will ever be available for download will most
likely depend on one or more companies providing extra bandwidth
and server space. I can't imagine the current mirrors wanting to
host a sun4v DVD of 4 GB for the limited number of users. i386
may be a different story.
