I attached a bunch of text files for you to look at, which include 
dmesg, pciconf -lv, Xorg.0.log, pkg_info, and sysctl -a | grep nvidia.

One thing you should try (if you haven't already) is to delete your old 
Beryl profile before trying to use it. I can make my Beryl crash quite 
easily by choosing certain plugins such as the dbus plugin, but deleting 
the settings does the trick for me. Also, are you running CURRENT or 
6.x? My Nvidia driver didn't work at all under CURRENT, so I wouldn't be 
surprised if that was causing you trouble.
