After performing it as suggested in UPDATING (portupgrade -o lang/python25 lang/python24), I ran upgrade-site-packages as specified. When it came to mod_python, it failed as it was unable to find the right tarball anywhere. I tried to get it from ftp.freebsd.org, but that version of the tarball didn't match the md5 sum specified in the port.
