*** Error code 1

The tarball of 6.1.1 has been archived, and is now available at
https://gitlab.com/scilab/scilab/-/archive/6.1.1/scilab-6.1.1.tar.gz
and a tar.bz2 is also available at
https://gitlab.com/scilab/scilab/-/archive/6.1.1/scilab-6.1.1.tar.bz2.

I do not include a patch, because maybe you'll want to upgrade it to a newer
version: Scilab 2023.1.0 tarballs are available from
<https://gitlab.com/scilab/scilab/-/releases>.
