It was disabled by default in evolution-data-server-1.8.0

        * configure.in, camel/providers/Makefile.am:
        Make IMAP4rev1 provider a conditional feature,
        turned off by default. Fixes #324118.

we can probably make a knob for it in e-d-s to optionally
enabled it.
