For whatever reason, the in-tree clang wasn't "built" correctly from a recent build/install world/kernel. I don't understand how it could even run. I was able to get in-tree clang working again by using clang36 from ports and re-build/re-install from /usr/src/lib/clang and /usr/src/usr.bin/clang.
