I upgraded www/mod_extract_forwarded to 2.0.2 which is for apache 2.x. Several week after, I got a mail who request to use old mod_extract_forwarded 1.4 with apache 1.3.

So I'd like to revive old version as mod_extract_forwarded_ap13.
