I've already started writing a device driver for Greg Hanssen's Zefiro Acoustics DAT/PC interface card, and have written C++ classes to implement AIFF-C. Once I get the damn driver working I can actually start doing some real work with this idea. So my question is, Is anybody interested in this? Are there any musicians out there who would actually use it? As far as I have been able to find out, there isn't anything like this in the free software world. I know SGI has some free multitrack programs, but it's all in binary. Does anyone know of anything like what I'm thinking about doing? -- Alex Jones | ajones@ctron.com Cabletron Systems, Inc.
