https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D276294 Bug ID: 276294 Summary: net/mpd5: crashes host when configured with PPPoE Product: Ports & Packages Version: Latest Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Many People Priority: --- Component: Individual Port(s) Assignee: eugen@freebsd.org Reporter: ohartmann@walstatt.org Assignee: eugen@freebsd.org Flags: maintainer-feedback?(eugen@freebsd.org) Running a small router/ipfw appliance based on recent FBSD 14-STABLE (former 13-STABLE when the problem occured first time). When mpd5 is configured using PPP/PPPoE, a simple service mpd5 restart can crash the box. The problem becomes more likely the longer the appliance= is up and running. There was a thread about this icident on the mailing list more than a year = ago with some debuggin informations, I'm sorry not providing any further informations. The router/ipfw appliance is connected via serial console to a service host and I was unable so far to snapshot the debug message. I was wondering whether this issue has been solved or not - obviously, it e= ven not documented here. --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.=
