Right now when clicking on that link at the page http://www.freebsd.org/news/newsflash.html it brings up famous "FreeBSD.org - Document not found" document. Either something is wrong with this commit or http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/artciles/ is regenerated using different schedule compared to http://www.freebsd.org/news/newsflash.html.
