An iso file itself is non-bootable . I assume that you have some sort of CD burning software already installed on your win$ows m/c. Search for a menu item 'Create CD from image' (in adaptec cd creator it's in the file menu). From the CD image type select iso and select the iso file you downloded. Then just burn it as you would normally do. The software will 'explode' the iso image into respective directories and files before writing it to your CD. Once writing finishes, you are left with a bootable CD.
