Plus this is one of the hardest problems to prove to people really exists. :( I had one office that routed the phone line through the false celing over half a dozen florecent light ballasts. It took physically purchasing another 100 feet of phone cable and routing AROUND the lights, even then they still blamed it on the old phone cable!
