Openssh/ssl is distributed accross the source tree. crypto/openssh only contains the imported sources, not the files that FreeBSD actually uses to build them. cd /usr/src/secure && make all install should work for you (but will also rebuild openssl and sendmail). -- Mel Problem with today's modular software: they start with the modules and never get to the software part.
