Hi! All,
After upgraded my OS, FreeBSD 5.0-Current, and xmcd from 2.5 to 2.6, xmcd
dosen't function normally. Every time I run "xmcd", it shows "-- no disc"
enventhough there is a music CD in the CD-Rom. What I did is listed as follow.
  1) cd /dev; MAKEDEV snd0
  2) cat sndstat
FreeBSD Audio Driver (newpcm) Jun 16 2000 18:02:12
     Installed devices:
     pcm0: <SB DSP 4.16> at io 0x220 irq 5 drq 1:5 (1p/1r channels duplex)
  3) reboot the computer
  4) cd /usr/ports/audio/xmcd; make deinstall; make reinstall
  5) run /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/xmcd/config/config.sh; the selections are as follow.
