It is seem to antlr2 will update to antlr3.
But antlr2 and 3 does not have compatibility. 
There are different. Detail of the difference is  http://www.antlr.org/wiki/display/ANTLR3/Migrating+from+ANTLR+2+to+ANTLR+3.
(Thus Struts still use antlr2)

Plz don’t update antlr2 to antlr3, instead, split antlr2 and antlr3 ports
