well.. tssia... basicly there needs to be a patch to unix-gcc.mak and
replace the occurance of /usr/ports on JSRCDIR and PSRCDIR with
${PORTSDIR}... with this patch it builds fine...
I usually build ports in /tmp as it is MFS mounted... ttyl...
