  Log:
  Correctly emulate linux_connect.  For nonblocking sockets, the behavior
  is to return EINPROGRESS, EALREADY, (so_error ONCE), EISCONN.  Certain
  linux applications rely on the so_error (normally 0) being returned in
  order to operate properly.
