For a while I've had my xterms booting off of a FreeBSD 2.1-STABLE box,
but they've always generated the same error upon finishing the session.

Right before XDM comes back up, it says that it can't find the default PEX
font Roman_M font.  I've found the font file in /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/PEX
but there's no fonts.dir file there.  Adding this directory to the XFS
config makes XFS stop loading, and dump core.

Does anyone have the appropriate fonts.dir, and fonts.alias files that seem
to need to be in these directories, or should I just figure out the format
and make my own?
