Eg: # mv /usr/X11R6/lib/libXft.so.1 /usr/X11R6/lib/libXft.so.1.old # make && make install # rm /usr/X11R6/lib/libXft.so.1.old If you manage to get 4.1.0 working for the i810e, drop me a line; it currently segfaults on my machine.
