You can do that with net-mgmt/bsnmp-ucd addon and little addition to /etc/snmpd.config:

begemotSnmpdModulePath."ucd" = "/usr/local/lib/snmp_ucd.so"

%ucd
extNames.0 =    "kern.clockrate"
extCommand.0    = "/sbin/sysctl -n kern.clockrate"
