 On FreeBSD 4.10-p3, there is no problem in resizing, in fvwm 2.5.11,
 firefox 1.0.r2,1 -- built/installed from ports WITHOUT_XFT &
 WITH_OPTIMIZED_CFLAGS.  Perhaps try the newer version?
