## Andriy Gapon (avg@FreeBSD.org): > I have firefox 41.0.2 installed from the official pkg repository and I can not > get it to play sounds. E.g. all html5 videos are playing without any sound. > Are there any magic configuration knobs or packages that can make the sound work? The package uses ALSA for sound, I guess? Sound does "work for me" when using pulseaudio (that's the other sound option for firefox), but I haven't tried alsa for ages. Any other report on this? There is https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=203732 but I'm not sure if that's really related. Regards, Christoph -- Spare Space
