There is Code Crusader, which is modelled after Code Warrior, in 

/usr/ports/devel/code_crusader-(version)

I used to use it extensively. KDevelop is probably more appropriate if 
you're looking for something as feature-packed as Visual Studio.

I'm OK with Nedit :-)
