>Description:
During installation of net/samba-devel, a libsmbclient.so.[0-9] symbolic link is NOT being created (as occurs in net/samba-libsmbclient). This prevents the libsmbclient installed by net/samba-devel from being picked up by ldconfig, which in turn prevents dependancies on libsmbclient from being satisified by net/samba-devel.
>How-To-Repeat:
1) Install net/samba-devel
2) Attempt to install a port which LIB_DEPENDS on libsmbclient (such as kdebase)

samba-devel's libsmbclient will not satisfy the dependancy as it hasn't been picked up by ldconfig. This is because no libsmbclient.so.[x] symlink exists.

Ports will then attempt to install net/samba-libsmbclient to fill the dependancy, which will break because it conflicts with samba-devel.

Thanks guys, keep up the great work
