OK I'll make the changes for include and USEDIR.

For USES=3D... pgsql:9.1+ pgsql:9.4-
In fact, perhaps I can suggest a change in the search for the version of pg=
sql
(Uses/pgsql.mk). As you can see, postgis need bounded versions (9.1->9.4 for
this example). I have not been able to find an equivalent in other ports. A=
ny
suggestions?
