Yes - Compaq bought DEC a few years ago - My school sill runs all our 
main servers (email, web, public unix, DNS, etc) on DS20's - which are 
SMP Alpha systems.  We dont run BSD on any of them (Tru64 instead), but 
yes, they still exist and are the same.

Compaq's Alpha based workstations are at:
