We dont run BSD on any of them (Tru64 instead), but yes, they still exist and are the same. Compaq's Alpha based workstations are at: http://www.compaq.com/alphaserver/platforms.html and the servers (like the DS 20) http://www.compaq.com/alphaserver/platforms.html Good luck.
