    ppp with pppoe (ADSL) panic the system if no IP specified on fxp ethernet card.
	I had no time to test it on another machine or other options because i had to be quick ( installation of a FreeBSD router at a clients site).
	So I'm not sure if this happens with other cards too.
	I will repeat the abowe in a 4-5 days term.
