Since this seem to work (accordning to reporters) when using drm-fbsd12.0-k=
mod
on FreeBSD 12, I believe this can be closed.

For those of you on FreeBSD 11, what happens if you install drm-fbsd11.2-km=
od
and add kld_list=3D"/boot/modules/drm.ko /boot/modules/i915kms.ko" to
/etc/rc.conf, does that work?

The base driver in FreeBSD 10 and FreeBSD 11 are virtually the same, it's o=
nly
been updated to take into account changes in FreeBSD 11 VM subsystem and the
like.
