Recently upgraded (if you can call it that) to Windows ME, of course it 
blows away my boot loader so I can't dual boot.  When I try to reinstall 
the boot loader through bootinst.exe it returns a error 3 message as if it 
can't write to the partion.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
