	- More NULL/0 tweaks.
	- Gsc, if_le, if_rdp, isa_compat, spigot removed; more axing cleanup 
	  for other isa_compat drivers.
	- Giant goes back on pfs hooks.
	- Loop back if_tap global locking.
	- vslock/unlock restoration.
