For those seeking a more hands-off solution that provides end users with complete control over their anti-spam measures, you may want to check out http://www.postini.com. I'm paying about $0.13/mailbox, and while it does add up, it's well worth the cost. In addition, Postini can also scan for viruses and still have the cost less than $0.25/mailbox. The thing I like most about postini, is that no mail is actually rejected. If it's thought to be spam, it's put into a quarantine for 14 days to allow the user time to retrieve those messages. -- Troy Settle Pulaski Networks http://www.psknet.com 540.994.4254 ~ 866.477.5638 Pulaski Chamber 2002 Small Business Of The Year > -----Original Message----- > From: owner-freebsd-isp@freebsd.org > [mailto:owner-freebsd-isp@freebsd.org] On Behalf Of Len Conrad > Sent: Saturday, April 26, 2003 12:07 AM > To: freebsd-isp@freebsd.org > Subject: Re: Best Way Blocking Spams > > > > >It has reduced my spam intake by as much as 40% in a week. > I have seen > >similar reports from others using it to. > > one ISP in Bolivia added IMGate in front of this mailbox > server that was > running spamassassin-style content scanner.
