I too prefer the 2.2.x series daemons - the 3.1 version simply doesn't look right. I also didn't like the version of the coin that I saw - the graphics were beautifully done, but the daemon looked nothing like the FreeBSD daemon, but more like a Roman soldier with a funny hat.
