Recompile the bootloader for bzip2 support:
# cd /usr/src/sys/boot
# make -DLOADER_BZIP2_SUPPORT -DLOADER_TFTP_SUPPORT
copy pxeloader to tftp root
# cp i386/pxeldr/pxeboot /usr/tftpboot
boot the client
