I mean to translate at least FAQ and handbook. 2) On the page http://www.freebsd.org/docs.html we have two different IP Aliasing guides... One http://www.freebsd.org/tutorials/ppp/ppp.html is really NAT, Network Address Translation. Another http://www.cypher.net/~black/ipalias.html is about establishing an additional network address for this interface. This article is pretty ancient now. I mean they suggest to add IP aliases using /etc/rc.local. This is not good(TM). Let me introduce myself...
