The following reply was made to PR ports/68619; it has been noted by GNATS. From: Bob Melson <melsonr@earthlink.net> To: freebsd-gnats-submit@FreeBSD.org, melsonr@earthlink.net Cc: Subject: Re: ports/68619: port science/gramps fails to configure on 4.10 box Date: Sat, 03 Jul 2004 23:07:39 -0600 -----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Yet another wild stab in the dark: deinstalled (via pkg_delete) ALL existing gnome libraries and applications plus all existing python libraries and applications, then reinstalled each/all. Tried making gramps but received the exact same error message as previously reported. At this point I find it hard to accept that the problem exists on my machine and have to suspect something in the python-2.3.4 suite of apps or in the gnome2 stuff. Whatever it is, it's beyond my competence. Bob Melson - -- Robert G. Melson Nothing is more terrible than Rio Grande MicroSolutions ignorance in action.
