Your device is not supported by this version of the driver.
Newer version 1.0-0292 has support for it:

$ pwd
/usr/home/ru/NFORCE-Linux-x86_64-1.0-0292-pkg1/nvnet
$ grep -i 00df *
nvenet.h:#define PCI_DEVICE_ID_NVIDIA_NVENET_7  0x00DF
