Some time ago I was in the same situation. I got a Fax from Adaptec
Munich/Germany (thanks to these friendly people here again) and that
information can be found now on 

ftp://ftp.de.freebsd.org/incoming/ah1542a.tar.gz

It some six or 7 pages in TIFF format.
