In struct sched_param larger values mean higher priority.  Inside the kerne=

larger values mean lower priority.  Linux and FreeBSD are the same here.=20
RTP_PRIO_(MAX|MIN) define the range in the FreeBSD kernel.  I wanted to use
P1B_PRIO_(MIN|MAX) as in sys/kern/ksched.c but they aren't defined in any
header.
