Apply this patch with 'patch -Ep1' in the port dir.  It should end up removing
these:
  files/patch-aa,  files/patch-ab,  files/patch-ac,  files/patch-ad

It looks like the comment removal logic of send-pr might mangle the patch, so
it can be retrieved separately from here:
