So I've been digging into this a bit. I'm confused; the scan parameter shouldn't HAVE the meshid/meshconf fields populated. The elemids (0x71, 0x72) shouldn't even be there. Oh, but wait. You're running 9, right? The mesh elements are different. Would you mind taking another pcap, this time with the AP in non-11n mode, where it works? I'd like to compare the beacon frame contents.
