If my assumption above is incorrect and my Matrox G400 will support the mode "266 (0x10a) 0x00000009 T 132x43 8x8" then is the reason my monitor goes black/blank when switching to that mode due to a monitor syncing issue ? and are there any ways to try to fix that ?
