In order to make clearer what helps us get the most out of your contribution: ad 1. we use ${PREFIX} instead of /usr/local for stuff that a port (hydrogen) would install and ${LOCALBASE} for referring to requisites that one of the *_DEPENDS packages has installed. ad 2. please send a diff instead. You can install the porttools port and "port diff", with proper options, or "port submit", with proper options, to ease your life. HTH. Best regards Matthias
