           Version: Latest
          Hardware: Any
                OS: Any
            Status: New

In Handbook section 30.4.1 "Using a PPPoE Service Tag" this sentence refers=
 to
deleted (and also misspelled) port:

| As a last resort, one could try installing the net/rr-pppoe package or po=
rt.

This was net/rp-pppoe and it was deleted on 2023-12-31 according to
https://www.freshports.org/net/rp-pppoe/

Following sentences are not very clear if they are about rp-pppoe or some o=
ther
program:

| Bear in mind however, this may de-program the modem and render it useless=
, so
think=20
| twice before doing it. Simply install the program shipped with the modem.
Then, access=20
| the System menu from the program. The name of the profile should be listed
there. It is=20
| usually ISP.

Also the last sentence in this section contains link to inaccessible webpage
(http://renaud.waldura.com/doc/freebsd/pppoe/):

| For additional information, refer to Cheaper Broadband with FreeBSD on DS=
L by
Renaud Waldura.

I've found one possible copy of the referred article at
http://borg.uu3.net/bsd_dsl/bsd_dsl.htm
