You forgot to mention the release (?) you are running.

On -CURRENT (same seems to be true for 12.1- and 12.2-RELEASE as well), 
there doesn't seem to be a urtwn man page, but there is rtwn_usb(4) man 
page, which provides all required devices in synopsis.
