That's normal, if your ssh server can't resolve client's IP address to a valid host name (= reverse DNS lookup). You have two options: 1.) Ask your provider to setup your reverse DNS correctly for your IP 2.) use "UseDNS no" option in /etc/ssh/sshd_config and restart sshd HTH!
