My freeBSD 4.2 box is connected to two ISP providers with two NICs. The setup is similar to this: |--------------- www.xxx.yyy.zzz | |---------| ----| FreeBSD | | 4.2R | |---------| | |---------------- aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd After researching a bit, I think it is possible to use netgraph's ng_one2many to aggregate/combine the two physical interfaces to form a virtual interface for round robin load balancing. Is there anyone successfully tried this? What do I need to compile in the kernel? I would appreciate it if someone could contribute a sample configuration or guide.
